Charlie is 4 Months Old!!!!

Where's Charlie?

Chachi is a pretty awesome little dude! Every day he is getting more and more personality. In his 4th month he:


Spent most of his time on the road. Our family took a crazy 3 week RV trip through 7 states.

Can sit up if he is supported. He is just starting to sit in the Bumbo.

Can grab large objects placed in front of him.

Can bear his own weight and stand supported for several minutes.

Can grab his feet.

Takes his binky out of his mouth, and sometimes puts it back in.

Is usually sleeping 6-8 hours a night.

Is starting to attempt to roll from his back to his stomach.

Tries to pull himself up to a sitting position if he is laying on his back and holding on to your hands

Is still a major puker.

When he gets tired, he "scrubs" his face with his balled up hands.

Loves to "talk." He makes lots of vowel sounds: "eeeeeh" "ooooo" "aaaaah" and the occassional accidental "mah" or "buh."

Giggles, screams, and squeals when we tickle, tease, or play with him. His favorite game is to be a vicious baby that eats mommy's face. I say, "Oh no! This vicious baby is eating m' face," while he, well, eats my face.
Smiles the most charming little sideways grin that just melts you.

Tries to get your attention by making noises. He didn't want Daddo to forget to say good-bye to him the other day, so he called out an "ooooop" to get noticed.

Is Daddo's twin. Everyone says so.

Weighs 14 lbs. 5 oz., is 25 1/4 inches long, and has a head circumference of 16 3/4".

And now, the further adventures of Little Dude...

Little Dude likes to hang out with his family, make Great Grandma Joie laugh, and give silly looks.








Little Dude likes to sleep, and nods off whenever and wherever the big sisters are not there to pester.

Little Dude has a cute, goofy face.

Little Dude has now been to three National Parks: Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and Glacier.

Little Dude likes to hang out with Big Dude. They're buds.

Little Dude is often fawned over by the big sisters.

Little Dude had his first trip to the snow.

Little Dude is a handsome devil.

He's so cute, he pinches his own cheeks.

Little Dude enjoys hiking.

Little Dude must be burped in an outdoor area.

Little Dude gets to hang out and watch his sisters do fun stuff. He can't wait to join them!

Little Dude keeps the company of lovely ladies. Here he is with Veronica Johnson and Grandma Pat.

Little Dude really wants to sit up on his own.
