Charlie is Two Months Old!

Highlights of Charlie's 2nd month:

· He started to smile at us on purpose at around 5 weeks.

· He holds his up pretty well and can bear his own weight on his legs for a few seconds at 6 weeks.
· His new nickname is Char Bars (this one is a Maddo concoction). He is also known as Little Dude, Dudicle, and Mr. Awake.
· Charlie slept through the night (5 hours) for the first time on the day he turned 6 weeks old.
· He had his first camping trip at the TDS Off-Road Safari in Truckhaven Hills, and he experienced his first campfire.
· Charlie likes to sit in my lap and move his arms and legs around while he makes fun little cooing noises.
· Daddo and Mommy publicly dedicate Charlie and his sister to be raised to have faith in and follow in obedience Jesus Christ.
· Charlie finally meets Grandpa Les and Grandma Sue!
· He spits up A LOT. More than the girls ever did. I probably go through 4-5 burp rags a day.
· By around 8 weeks he is making a lot of cooing and gurgling noises.
· Charlie drank from a bottle for the first time at 8 weeks.
· He is a very sweet, alert little guy.
· He weighs 11 lbs. 11 oz., is 23 1/4" long, and has a head circumference of 16 1/8".

Being doted on by Tyty and Fifi. Fiona likes to greet him by saying, "Hewwo, witto boyeee!" in a very high pitched, sweet voice.
