I have never seen a human being get so excited about the prospect of food. Every time she hears the toaster pop she has one of these episodes. I am dissappointed that I did not get a real good video of her "waffle mantra." As soon as anything springs up in the toaster, she breathily repeats, "hwhaffhle?". Her favorite are the cinnamon flavored Safeway brand frozen hwhaffhles. All throughout the toasting process she gazes up at the toaster and shuffles from one foot to the other eagerly awaiting her prize. Sometimes she gets overwhelmed and just sits in her eating chair and demands a bib, "Biiiih!" She has a similar reaction at the mention of cheese, juice, or eating in general, but the waffles really send her over the top.
