Mom, what's a Jog-A-Thon?

Bethany Christian held its annual Jog-A-Thon this past Halloween morning. We had been talking about it all week, and when the time finally came, she decided she had better find out what she was so excited about. She asked me, "Mom, what's a Jog-A-Thon?" The kids had 20 minutes to dash around the parking lot track as many times as their little legs would carry them. Madeline completed and impressive 16 laps. She probably could have managed more if she didn't stop to wait for her friends every once in a while. Her little face got so red and flushed, just like mama's does. We were very proud of her.
